What days are you open? We are an online-based floral studio, and we deliver Monday through to Saturday.
Which suburbs do you deliver to? We deliver to Melbourne Metro suburbs, please check our Delivery Suburbs page.
What is the order deadline for next-day delivery? To guarantee next-day delivery, please place your order before 12 PM.
How do I edit an order? If you need to make changes to your order, email us at connect@xbloomsclub.com with your order number and the details of your update.
Can I schedule a delivery in advance? Absolutely! We love planning ahead. Simply select your preferred delivery date at checkout.
What happens if no one is home to accept delivery? Our couriers will always do their best to complete deliveries. If no one is home, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe spot. If we can’t access the address or find a secure location, we’ll contact the sender to arrange delivery as best we can. If the order needs to be redelivered the next day, we will need to remake it with fresh flowers. A discounted price of 50% off the original order will apply, along with a $15.00 redelivery fee to cover courier costs.
What time are deliveries made? Deliveries are dispatched in staggered time slots from 10 AM to 2 PM, with all orders expected to arrive by 7 PM.
What is the delivery fee? A flat delivery fee of $25.00 applies to all orders.
Are flowers delivered in water, and how should I care for them? Yes! All our wrapped bouquets arrive in a flower bag filled with water to keep them hydrated. Once received, remove the flowers from the bag, trim the stems about 2cm diagonally, and place them in a fresh vase of water. To extend their lifespan, change the water every two days and keep them away from direct heating or cooling sources.
Can I request specific flowers in my bunch? While we can’t always guarantee specific flowers due to limited daily stock, we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Simply add a note at checkout or contact us directly.
